Shipping
1st or 2nd class by Royal Mail in the UK and Europe.
For international orders, shipping is a little extra. Calculated at checkout.
How long does an order take to make?
For custom items, this depends on the amount and complexity of embroidery. It also depends on if I have to order anything to complete the order. A rough estimate is 1-3 weeks. For premade items for sale on the website, I will aim to ship 1-3 days from the order being placed.
Returns:
No returns unless the item is faulty. This is because everything is made by hand to order. Get in contact via my contact page or through Instagram direct message.
Can I order a custom item?
Yes!! Just contact me through the contact page or via Instagram or email. I welcome any ideas, suggestions or designs you may have. We can have a conversation about what is right for you and create your own unique garment!
